Fast to load. Easy to book. Easy to find.
How Selah Head Spa’s Richmond Hill site turns a search for Japanese head spa into a reservation — without a slow page in the way.
What we actually built
The Challenge
A spa that only lives on Instagram is invisible when someone searches “head spa Toronto” or “Japanese head spa Richmond Hill”.
A slow site loses the booking. People tap away before they see Signature Soothing Head Spa or the weekday price.
Phone-only booking at 10AM–11PM still needs a page that can take the reservation when the front desk is with a guest.
The site we built
We built a fast site — WebP, CDN, short pages — so the menu and BOOK NOW are on screen immediately.
Online Reservation (Chronos) plus BOOK NOW on each service, and the booking hotline for people who still want to call.
SEO around the searches they already need: Head Spa Toronto, Japanese / Korean / Chinese head spa, Richmond Hill address, bilingual service names.
Key Features Implemented
The work, on the site

What changed
The site is light enough that the first tap is the menu, not a spinner.
Guests can book online or call — the reservation is not trapped in DMs.
Search copy matches how people look: Japanese head spa, scalp spa Toronto, Richmond Hill.
Key Results Achieved
The site has to open fast, show the treatment, and let someone book. Search has to find us for head spa in Richmond Hill — not a generic spa template.
