Shopify that finds the dealer, then posts the points
How Flexion Home’s custom storefront recommends a nearby showroom, then attributes the order so dealer points post themselves.
What the storefront actually does
The Challenge
Flexion Home sells modular seating on the website and through a dealer network. A stock Shopify theme cannot recommend a showroom or credit the store that sent the customer.
If a nearby dealer is not suggested, the customer either buys online with no store attached, or they leave to sit on a sofa they cannot find on the site.
Dealer points were a back-office problem: matching paid orders to stores after the fact, by hand.
The Shopify we built
We customized the Shopify theme for indoor and outdoor modular — collections, product pages, and partner coupons — instead of bolting a locator app onto a stock theme.
After location, the closest partner within 50 miles is recommended. That dealer id is saved and written to the cart as a private attribute.
When the order is placed, points credit that dealer from the attribute. The showroom does not wait on a monthly reconciliation.
Key Features Implemented
The work, on the site

What changed
Shoppers see a real showroom near them, not a generic store-locator page.
Online orders carry the dealer that was recommended, so points have a store to land on.
Points post when the order is paid. Nobody is matching invoices to dealers at month-end.
Key Results Achieved
The useful change is not a new homepage. The site finds the nearest dealer, the order already has that store on it, and the points post themselves.
